We are here to serve you and to make your wedding day truly unforgettable. We know that it is sometimes difficult to decide exactly what you want. For that purpose we have developed packages to meet your varying needs. Please peruse all of our packages below, and have any of them tailored as you wish. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon booking packages.
This standard package includes a basic charge that covers the Civil Marriage Officer who will perform the ceremony. Additionally, it contains pre-payment of all government fees, accompaniment to the relative government offices, assistance in the legal process and collection of the marriage licence. Your wedding planner will be in attendance at your wedding to ensure that it runs smoothly.
This package includes all the details of our Coconut package, but with a chilled bottle of champagne, a nine-inch layer wedding cake, and recorded music before the wedding ceremony.
This is the perfect package just for two. It includes all the details of the Pineapple package, but with a tropical boutonniere provided for the groom and a fresh bouquet of our charming local flowers is provided for the bride (imported flowers optional).
Passion Fruit Package

This is our deluxe package and is perfect for a larger crowd. It includes all the details of the Coconut package, but with two chilled bottles of Champagne and a two-tier wedding cake. The bride will be pampered with a manicure and pedicure. A professional photographer will be on hand for two hours to capture the romantic moments – 1 roll of 36 exposures unprocessed film (additional rolls optional). Additionally, you will be able to enjoy the sweet melodies of steel pan music as a local artiste performs for you over a one-hour period. Two tropical boutonnieres are provided for the groom and best man and two fresh bouquets of our charming local flowers are provided for the bride and her maid/matron of honour.
**For your wedding cake(s), you may choose from plain, plain with rum, chocolate, chocolate with rum, lemon and bourbon/nut cakes.
***Weddings performed on islands outside of Tortola cost an additional $100 plus expenses.
There is an extra charge of $100 if the wedding date falls on a Sunday or public holiday.
